URMIA – The first international exhibition on soft drinks and related industries kicked off here on Thursday in Urmia Permanent International Fairgrounds, West Azarbaijan Province.

According to IRNA, the fair aims at promotion of soft drinks producing and processing industries, marketing the related products, and publicizing achievements and capabilities of the country in this sector.
Twenty-five domestic companies and a German company showcase their latest achievements in packaging, filling, and labeling machinery as well as their products including soft drinks, fruit juices, dairies, and also types of tea, coffee, Nescafe, distillates, non-alcoholic beer, doogh (diluted yogurt), and milk in the expo.
Trade delegations from Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Japan are scheduled to visit the event
